In this digital era, we are subject to cellular gadgets, there has been an expanding demand in antennas that are smaller, conformal, and broadband. Fractal antenna wire utilizes a self-comparative structure to expand the length of a material in an all-out surface zone. Fractal Antenna Systems creates and constructs the smaller, most astounding execution Wideband/multiband antennas on the planet. These antennas are regularly two to multiple times smaller than conventional aerials, while accomplishing remarkable recurrence inclusion and magnificent gains and power designs. Fractal Antenna’s items have been demonstrated in the toughest business, military, and government applications. Fractal antennas apparatuses depend on mind boggling rehashing geometrical shape shaving novel traits that make them particularly significant for broadcast communications and different remote needs. Their requirements are not well met by Traditional antennas apparatuses. Applications for fractal geometries in cell gadgets have turned out to be hotly debated issues of research in science and building due to buyer request.

Visual communication has become an important technique for the 21st century’s education. Images and videos are essential tools for better understanding in science and technology subjects. The science and technology subjects can be better understood through a combination of visual communication and application of the theory can be practiced. 40 students from quantitative analysis and instrumentation course were given an assignment using the separation concept. Only two students were unable to perform the task well and these students were also among the students who failed to answer the examination questions involving the application of separation techniques. Correlation tests between assignment and examination scores (involving separation concept questions) showed a positive correlation (r= 61.1). Despite the small number of respondents, the results showed a relatively strong correlation. To address this issue, students were encouraged to share their video among them, so that they can understand the separation techniques excellently.

In making decisions through online platforms specifically in choosing accommodation for traveling, travelers often consider the judgment of others as a signal to make decisions. In this case, progressively online reviews have an essential role in online platforms to influence decision making for travelers. The link between online reviews and travelers’ decision making is examined through qualitative online content analysis to integrate themes derived from online reviews. The content analysis applied to a deeper understanding of online reviews that extract Airbnb data to analyze guest reviews in Superhost Bandung. The results of this study reveal the value of co-reation practices that can be utilized for decision making, according to the characteristics of the identified themes, such as expressing feelings, evaluating location and accommodation, recommending, and thanking.

Now a day’s security is a big issue, the whole world has been working on the face recognition techniques as face is used for the extraction of facial features. An analysis has been done of the commonly used face recognition techniques. This paper presents a system for the recognition of face for identification and verification purposes by using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) with Back Propagation Neural Networks (BPNN) and the implementation of face recognition system is done by using neural network. The use of neural network is to produce an output pattern from input pattern. This system for facial recognition is implemented in MATLAB using neural networks toolbox. Back propagation Neural Network is multi-layered network in which weights are fixed but adjustment of weights can be done on the basis of sigmoidal function. This algorithm is a learning algorithm to train input and output data set. It also calculates how the error changes when weights are increased or decreased. This paper consists of background and future perspective of face recognition techniques and how these techniques can be improved.

Radio Frequency Identification is a technology which falls in the category of automatic identification technologies. RFID is used to identify objects using radio waves. This technology is one of the widest used technologies in the world; almost every organization on some stage uses RFID based identification, tracking, etc. RFID basically needs two major devices to work, the reader and the tag. In this paper further detail working of RFID technology its components with real-life application belonging from the field of environment, water, etc. has been discussed. Research issues belonging from technological problems existing in RFID technology also highlighted in this research paper on the basis of which research can be conducted to overcome those key challenges.

Information agency basic responsibility focuses on the creation, acquisition, organisation, storage, dissemination and maintenance of information in whatever format, printed or digital. They required all related knowledge and skills to perform their roles in this emerging world of technology. Personal competencies are essential skills requirement seek by employer in selecting their employees. Personal competencies of students are considered greatly important for the effectiveness of learning process. It is also important skills for students to acquire for their future career. This concept paper aims to investigate the personal competencies of future information professionals. The nine (9) domains of personal competencies (critical thinking, interaction skills, relationships skills, leadership skills, presentation skills, media literacy skills, and written skills) in this paper was determined based on the selected literature on communication and personal competencies. This paper would bring benefit to all future information professional as it can view future graduate preparedness to enter the industry.

This research aims to examine how commissioning, transforming and maximum utilization of the digital technology infrastructure in public libraries through blended mode digital education platform could support open and distance lifelong learning in upgrading knowledge, livelihood and human capital for the constant improvement and upgrading of knowledge/skills among village youths. Mixed-method research design was implemented including administration of survey, interviews and observation. The five dimensions of enhancing the innovative open and distance digital platform to support a blended-mode dissemination of knowledge were examined, including demographic, digital technology availability, Open Education Resources in public libraries, learning culture and corporate support. Findings show that there are significant differences among factors stated above which will upgrade the potential of village youths technical and livelihood knowledge to be relevant and competitive in building human capital. The use of a blended digital education platform in public libraries could be beneficial to village folks in upgrading their knowledge and skills. This model could be used as framework of practice for enhancement of life skills among developing nations as well as under-developed countries in line with SEAMEO’s Education Agenda to promote lifelong learning and 21st century skills. If such technology-enhanced skills development programme could be implemented from earlier stages in educational settings in line with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Malaysian Education Blueprint, more skilled workers could be produced to raise the performance in the workplace and contribute to the worldwide improvement of human capital. Legal and policy issues on digital facilities will be discussed as to advocate lawful and ethical application of this initiative. Future direction of studies to develop a comprehensive structural model will also be deliberated.

The vein recognition is the most accurate and secure technology in the field of biometrics. We have seen that many criminal cases like risk of forgery or theft. All biometric traits have their own advantages and disadvantages. Like in long term, a person’s fingerprint may be damaged due to environment, aging or ethnicity; face recognition has medium accuracy; iris recognition is costly affair. To overcome all the problems, the solution is vein recognition. The most important point about vein recognition system is that it works on living persons only as the infrared radiation is absorbed by hemoglobin present in blood of living persons. The skin integrity does not affect the accuracy or readability of finger vein recognition. There are lots of benefits to include vein recognition in biometric traits in which some are, users are not required to get in physical contact with the device. This technology can also be used for medical purposes like children that are below the age of 12 have very smooth vein which sometime ca nnot be detected by doctors to inject injection which can be detected by NIR cameras. In this paper we have presented the various techniques of palm vein recognition that are applied in today’s scenario, Need and Scope of vein recognition system, its implementation challenges, its application, Merit and Demerit and finally conclusion.

This study aimed to analyze the websites’ ranks on Iranian Medical Sciences Universities in the period of 11 September 2016 to 1March 2017. It was performed on Webometrics method which contains 41 Websites of Iranian Medical Sciences Universities. For instance, Moz, Google, Google Scholar and so on. University of Shiraz’s website topped the table. Tehran, Shahid Beheshti and Bandar Abbas Universities’ websites followed Shiraz in order. Meanwhile, Kerman University of Medical Sciences, North Khorasan, Bushehr and Urmia experienced the highest increase on Home contents, scientific resources, input links and rich files. First-rank universities, as well as universities with the highest growth, all owns what a good website should have the basic contents and beyond. In one word, the results of this study showed that except a limited number of universities possess high-quality website, others have weak effect.
