Effectiveness and efficiency of ERP execution is depending on the organization implementation. Every company that embarks on ERP execution will definitely hope that the execution will be success and effective. The concept of Critical Success Factors (CSFs) early emerged in 1961. Many studies have been conducted in order to analyze on the most CSFs. Few only intended di-rectly to focus on organizational performance. A conceptual model will be developing to show the relationship between all the selected CSFs towards organizational performance in making sure the successful of ERP implementation in the organization. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) has been done in order to gain the CSFs. Completely target CSFs will be list out and traceability matrix table will be produce due to the priority of organizational performance. Pilot study has been conducting to proof the conceptual model suggest. A questionnaire has been distributed to 30 industry respondents. Results from this questionnaire survey than will demonstrate either the CSFs is really effect the successful execution of ERP in organizational performance or need to do changes based on the outcome. This paper proposes specific CSFs that influence directly to ERP execution success towards organizational performance. These will be very useful to organization in order to check on the organizational performance towards the successful implementation of ERP.

As more and more people are using the the social networks, they leave enormous amount of digital footprints of their personality available to them with every click. In this exploratory research, the publicly available data is collected from the biggest social network (Facebook) and sent to IBM Watson to reveal hidden personality traits that the posts and the profile pictures might contain. Watson is the name of the the cognitive computing system developed by IBM. It has several subsystems including the Personality Insights, that extracts personality traits from text and the Visual Recognition, that can be taught to analyze pictures. Firstly, the posts of Facebook users would be sent to Watson Personality Insights to get their Big5 personality traits, then their profile images and their personality traits will be linked to train the Visual Recognition. With a high number of input, the API probably could output the personality traits with high significance.

To study the problem of exponential stability control for a class of networked control systems with interval distribution time delays, a new approach is given to model the networked control systems with the stochastic time delays which is assumed to be satisfying a interval Bernoulli distribution. Based on linear matrix inequality approach, the mean-square exponential stability controller design method is presented, and the controller gain matrix is obtain by solving a linear matrix inequality. Moreover, a Lyapunov functional is used, and some stack matrices, which bring much flexibility in solving LMI, are introduced during the proof. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the validity of the results.

This paper studied and designed a smart lock based on STM32F4 and CC2530 wireless module and proposed the overall design scheme of the system. By utilize the wireless transmission characteristics of ZigBee module, we can make the STM32F4 as the main control chip, and CC2530 as the wireless transmission module to realize the control of smart door lock. The smart lock consists of a smart lock device and a CC2530 wireless transmission module. The structure of the intelligent lock device mainly includes the module of door lock control chip, monitoring module, lock tongue drive module and power supply circuit. The intelligent lock device uses the STM32F4 microcontroller as the door lock control chip, sends an unlock instruction to the CC2530 module A by using the USART serial port, and then sends the received instruction to the CC2530 module B connected with the smart lock by the CC2530 module A. Control the opening and closing of the smart lock device.

The technology of digital watermarking and information hidden of image cannot solve the security problem of confidential regional data, and thus the research of the high-performance encryption technology of confidential data of Large Quantity of image has a important theoretical value and practical significance.In this paper, on the basis of the characteristics of Large Quantity of Image and application requirements on security, a scheme of authorizing the use of image based on multi-level secrurity is put forward. We propose multi-region and multi-level confidential information of image encryption algorithm based on content. The same images after encryption are distrtbuted to different level users, such as authorized user, partly authorized user, unauthorized user, but different authorization users acquire different importmant degree information after decryption through their own decryption keys. The scheme has the high confidentiality and high computing efficiency encryption algorithm and solve the difficult problems of Large Quantity of Image on security and secrecy.

Processes are described as a sequence of steps which result in a specific output based on a given input. The use of term, process, is common and used in different settings including more recently as big data analytics(BDA) process, and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) process for traditional data warehousing and business intelligence in the past. BDA process starts from data acquisition and selection of the sources, to data preparation, analysis and modeling, to visualiza-tion and interpretation phases. Looking at big data analytics in a process perspective has major benefits since improving process drives a better outcome. This study focuses on how the performance of BDA process can be measured. The major con-tribution will be performance measurement framework of BDA process. The concept of process performance is broadly covered in the literature, mainly in the areas of business process and software process. Thus, process performance measures are available. Time, quality, cost, and flexibility are four of them. Do they apply to BDA process? This is a major question to be dealt with in this research. The overall structure of this research is shown in Figure 1.
